It takes everyone working together as a team to bring you the best customer service in the area. We are very proud to say that our team works very well together. All of our employees are great people and family oriented. They each bring to the company something extraordinary.
To make your experience a positive one, all of our employees are trained in customer service. We also survey each job to ensure we’ve done our job to the highest possible standards. For added support, we have a technician on call nights, weekends, and holidays in case you have an emergency.
Donnie
Comfort Consultant and Owner
Donnie is a graduate of GTI in HVAC and a former HVAC instructor at GTCC. Donnie has been in the business since 1973 and is responsible for estimating and sales.
Nancy
Office Manager
Nancy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She works with the office staff and business to ensure operations run smoothly.
Katie
Operations Manager/Accounting
Katie is Donnie and Nancy's daughter and a graduate of NC State University, and she has been a blessing to have working in the office. In addition, she and her husband are proud parents to a handsome little boy.
Kelly
Service Dispatcher
Kelly is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She works with our service customers and maintains our Preferred Maintenance Agreements. She is married and has a beautiful family.
Teri
Service Dispatcher
Teri is one of our dispatchers for the service department here at Absolute Comfort and is the proud Grandma to three precious grandchildren.
Brandi
Installation Coordinator
Brandi serves our new install customers as an installation coordinator. In addition to her work here, Brandi is a proud mom of 2 and enjoys rooting for the Wolfpack!
Michael
Lead Installer
Michael graduated from Davidson Community College in HVAC and added a great attitude and work ethic to our team of installers. He has a lovely wife and three children.
Steve
Lead Installation Technician
Steve graduated from the GTCC Heating and Air Conditioning program and has worked in the HVAC business since 1989. He and his wife stay very busy raising two boys and a daughter.
Keith
Installation Technician
Keith is a member of our installation team. His pleasant demeanor helps keep us going strong! Keith is married and a proud dad to three lovely daughters. In his spare time, Keith enjoys immersing in history and doing reenactments.
Matt
Installation Technician
Matt serves dual roles and is a vital member of our team. While primarily working with our installation crews, he's also very skilled as a service technician and graciously switches roles to assist in the service department as needed. He's married and has two children.
Kevin
Installation Technician
Kevin is a vital part of our installation team. He brings 15+ years of HVAC experience to Absolute Comfort and continues to use his skills to provide excellent installation work for our customers. In addition, he's a Navy veteran, and we at Absolute are honored to have another veteran on our team!
Paul
Installation Technician
Paul is part of our team of installers, and his quiet nature helps keep a focus on the work at hand. He is a blessing to have working here at Absolute Comfort. Paul is the proud dad to 3 precious children!
Neal
Service Technician
Neal graduated from Alamance Technical College in HVAC and has worked in the HVAC business since 1983. He is happily married and loves spending time with his two boys when he is not farming.
Jake
Service Technician
Jake is a vital member of our team of service technicians. His pleasant, easygoing personality brings extraordinary customer service to the team. He is married with 2 sweet children. Jake is well-rounded and enjoys family life and sports.
Tony
Service Technician
Tony is part of our team of service technicians. He brings a wonderful attitude along with his service experience to your home or business and is a great asset. It is a pleasure working with Tony, and we think our customers will enjoy having him as their service tech.
Tommy
Service Technician
Tommy’s quiet, pleasant personality brings an easygoing atmosphere to our service department. Tommy stays busy with his two kids and enjoys working on cars in his spare time. We are blessed to have him as part of our team!
Carl
Service Technician
Carl has been immersed in the HVAC business through his family since he was a young child. After spending some time working for the fire department, he has stepped back into HVAC as a member of our service team. Carl is the proud dad of 2 sons and loves golfing and watching racing at the drag strip in his free time.
Eric
Service Technician
Eric is one of our service technicians and brings a positive attitude and contagious level of energy to the team. He has been in the HVAC business since 2017 and loves spending his time away from work doting on his precious baby girl.
Benjamin
Service Technician
Benjamin brings a pleasant demeanor along with his HVAC expertise to our service department, and we are blessed to have him on our team. Benjamin has 3 precious children, and his main hobby, when not at work, is investing in his children with family time.
